The Public Sector Estates Congress will take place on 12 June 2025 at Senate House, University of London.

The CPD-accredited Congress is a must-attend event for public sector estates professionals to come together, share ideas, source innovative solutions, and network with peers. The Congress will explore key topics such as Net Zero, Sustainability & Decarbonising the Estate; Good Estates Management, Rationalisation & Transformation; Property Profession; Masterplanning & Infrastructure; Modern Methods of Construction; and more, helping attendees manage their estates more efficiently and effectively.

The Congress will encourage cross-sector collaboration and delegates will have the opportunity to identify lessons learned, explore innovative approaches, and work collectively to address shared challenges in managing public sector estates.
