Adam Cossey

Adam leads the Cultural, Civic and Community sector at Hawkins\Brown. He has been instrumental in the design of a number of civic and community buildings and has a wealth of experience working with Local Authorities. He has a keen interest re-imagining existing Town Halls to better suit the council’s and community’s needs. He was responsible for the design and delivery of the transformation of Waltham Forest Town Hall and most recently is working with Norwich City Council on their City Hall.
